New Wall Inspections
Commercial
contractors and building owners utilize our New Wall Inspection service as a
quality control measure during construction of a new facility. Some contracts
require a thermographic inspection using ASTM C1060.
Insulation voids, open chases, mechanical flaws and moisture concerns are just a
few of the building components we address.
Infrared
may be used to identify wet insulation or missing insulation in the building
envelope of a Cold Storage Facility. An air leakage test may also be
required, following ASTM E1827.
Our quality control inspections lead to higher quality from all
subcontractors involved in a project. Moisture control, HVAC/ventilation
strategies and insulation verification are some of the areas we can assist
with during construction. Infrared inspections may also be used to obtain
points for LEED under "Innovations in Design".

following ASTM E1827 or an Infrared Evaluation, following ASTM C1060.
