| Air Leakage Testing (ASTM E1827) |
We
provide air leakage testing to meet ASTM E1827 (Standard Test Methods for
Determining Airtightness of Buildings Using an Orifice Blower Door) or ASTM E779
requirements. We have tested the air barriers of thousands of structures and our
technicians offer the experience and knowledge necessary to help you through the
testing process.
During the air barrier testing process an infrared camera may be used to
identify air leakage sites. The thermal envelope may be assessed, following
ASTM C1060 (Thermographic Inspection of Insulation Installations in Envelope
Cavities of Frame Buildings).
